Welcome to Veluna Atelier. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Veluna Atelier reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, technical errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

Product colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

2. Prices, Currency & Taxes

Veluna Atelier offers worldwide delivery.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the country selected by the customer and may automatically adjust according to the selected delivery destination.

Any applicable VAT, taxes or charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Veluna Atelier reserves the right to update prices, currencies, promotions and offers at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed and paid orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Veluna Atelier offers worldwide delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UAE: 1–3 working days
• GCC: 7–10 working days
• Worldwide: Up to 3 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, courier operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our team will provide shipping and delivery updates whenever applicable.

In the event of global situations, local crises, extreme weather, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery will be subject to the operating timelines of the appointed courier company.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the selected delivery destination and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where applicable under our Refund & Exchange Policy or UAE law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or re-delivery may apply.

4. Exchanges & Refunds

Veluna Atelier does not offer refunds for change of mind, colour preference, personal preference or a customer-selected incorrect size.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

• Be completely brand new, unworn and unused
• Be returned in its original condition
• Have all original labels and tags attached
• Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, washing, alterations or any signs of wear
• Include the original packaging where applicable

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Veluna Atelier.

Customer-Selected Wrong Size

If the customer selected the wrong size, an exchange may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

All applicable exchange and delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Manufacturing Defect, Material Quality Issue or Incorrect Item

If an item has a verified manufacturing defect, material-quality issue, or Veluna Atelier has sent the wrong item or wrong size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the issue has been verified:

• Veluna Atelier will cover the applicable delivery/return charges.
• An exchange will be arranged where possible.
• A refund may be provided where an exchange is not possible or appropriate.

This is the only standard circumstance in which Veluna Atelier offers a refund, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable UAE law.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other information to assist in verifying the issue.

5. Customized Items

Customized or made-to-measure pieces are prepared specifically according to the customer's requirements.

Customized items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Where a size modification is required, Veluna Atelier may offer a modification where reasonably possible.

If Veluna Atelier has made an error in the agreed customization or sizing, the matter will be reviewed by our team and an appropriate resolution will be provided.

6. Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange or refund, except where a remedy is required under applicable UAE law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Veluna Atelier branding, photography, designs, product names, descriptions, graphics and website content are the property of Veluna Atelier or are used with permission.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

8. Website Use

Customers agree to use the Veluna Atelier website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or content.

Veluna Atelier reserves the right to restrict access where misuse, unauthorized activity or fraudulent activity is suspected.

9. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with trusted payment providers, courier companies and other service providers where necessary to process and fulfil an order.

10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Veluna Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including global emergencies, local crises, extreme weather, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, courier delays or technical failures.

Our team will continue to monitor affected orders and provide updates whenever possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable UAE law.

Please check your size, colour, product details and delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference or customer-selected wrong sizes. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions above.

Refunds may only be provided for verified manufacturing defects, material-quality issues, or incorrect items/incorrect sizes sent by Veluna Atelier, subject to verification and applicable law.

Customized and made-to-measure items are not eligible for refund or exchange; size modifications may be considered where applicable.
